By accessing or using rawlandandhome.com (the "Site") or any RAW Land & Home service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

RAW Land & Home, LLC is a Texas-based land and manufactured housing company that acquires land, packages land-home developments, originates and transacts seller-finance notes, operates an investor and partner network, and licenses territory operators. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell securities.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use the Site or submit forms.

All content, calculators, ROI examples, IRR/MOIC outputs, case studies, and pro-forma numbers on the Site are for illustrative and educational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, real estate, mortgage, or investment advice. Consult qualified licensed professionals before making decisions.

By submitting a lead form, land submission, application, or other content, you represent that the information is accurate, that you own or have rights to any uploads (surveys, plats, photos, utility reports), and you grant RAW a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submission to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

All content on the Site — including brand marks, logos, copy, calculators, layouts, and source code — is owned by RAW Land & Home, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, misuse forms, transmit malware, impersonate any person, or use the Site in violation of any law.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAW LAND & HOME, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAW and its affiliates from any claim arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
